Overview

Role: Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking Hours: Part Time, 16-20 hours per week, evening shifts Based in South Bristol A fantastic part time opportunity for fluent German speakers in an inbound customer service role. Working 4 hours shifts between 4pm and 10.30pm this would be a great opportunity for someone studying or only looking for evening work. The Role: You'll be responding to day to day customer service calls and emails and ensuring that customers queries are answered and handled effectively Communicating in both English and German Based in South Bristol in a modern vibrant contact centre Working 16-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday for 3 weeks then on a Saturday or Sunday on the 4th week. Hours of work are from 4pm to 10.30pm so your shift would alternate within these hours, 4 hours per day. Full training given in a 6 week on the job training scheme Who we're looking for: If you've got great communication skills this is the right environment for you You'll be fluent in English and also German We really believe that a 'can do' attitude and bags of potential are just as important as knowledge and work experience.
