Insolvency Equity Partner Manchester

Overview
One of the UK's leading mid-market insolvency and business advisory practices is seeking to continue with its national growth strategy by hiring an appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner for its Manchester office. This organisation over the past 2-3 years has heavily invested in external lateral Partner hires across the UK while also developing and promoting talent from within to such an extent, that they have more than doubled annual turnover during this time period and have a vibrant, dynamic and diverse Partner group leading the firm towards further expansion. In addition, the firm has been successful in making a handful of business acquisitions in recent years which has given them access to other advisory service lines and allowed for a wider UK presence across various business hubs up and down the UK. Dependant on one's annual fee income, this role can accommodate you either as a fixed salary income Partner or an Equity Partner. The key criteria is to ensure that you have a local contact base in Manchester, can demonstrate a consistency with annual fee generation and have the drive and motivation to keep growing a network which will ultimately result in turnover growth. Our client is also open to bringing in a small team should you have staff members that you'd want to bring with you. A decision on this will be made during the interviewing process as it will need to be financially viable from an initial cost standpoint. Although most independent insolvency practices and mid-market accountancy practices will be keen to speak with established IPs and those starting to now take appointments, this organisation has a mandate and strategy in place to keep growing and investing in new talent. They are getting busier and bigger by the quarter and so if you are wanting to work in a firm that has a clear vision, a positive and connected culture that can reward you properly then please do get in contact for a confidential discussion.
