Overview

Exciting new role Office Services Assistant providing efficient and effective support to a corporate London office. Duties: Collecting post and distributing appropriately; Ensuring office supplies are in good order; Assisting with reprographic tasks as necessary; Assisting with office moves; Organising Domestic and International couriers; Assisting with ensuring the firm meets its Health and Safety obligations; Assisting with court runs as required; Assisting with the stocking and managing of printer maintenance; Other ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required. Personal Specification At least 6 months experience in a corporate firm Competent computer skills; Reasonable English and Maths skills; Ability to use initiative and be proactive; Excellent service orientation skills; Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy; Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise; Excellent people and communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload; Presentable appearance; Team player This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by employees in this job.
