Role: Customer Service Advisor - Bilingual European Languages Hours: 37.5 hours a week Salary: £18,500 plus quarterly bonus great benefits A fantastic opportunity to join a multinational company in an inbound customer service role. We are interviewing right now with start dates in May for people with great communication skills in English but also fluent in either German, Spanish, french or Italian. The Role: You'll be responding to day to day customer service calls and emails and ensuring that customers queries are answered and handled effectively Supporting customers both in English and in either French, German, Spanish or Italian Based in South Bristol in a modern vibrant contact centre Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3 weeks out of 4 and one Saturday or Sunday in the 4th week. Working 7.5 hour days starting between 8am and 12pm each day Full training given in a 6 week on the job training scheme Who we're looking for: If you've got great communication skills this is the right environment for you Fluent in English and either German, french, Spanish or Italian We really believe that a 'can do' attitude and bags of potential are just as important as knowledge and work experience.
