Overview
A global legal firm are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their London based team. Reporting to the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will responsible for: Supporting the development of creative and innovative on-campus strategies to identify and engage entry-level talent Coordinate and support campus recruitment planning and execution across key universities Supporting the sourcing and screening of candidates and creation of assessment centres Being the first point of contact for all Graduate Recruitment queries Managing the creation of induction packs, offer letters and contracts Updating the ATS and ensuring all data is accurate Participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events - promoting the firm and culture As Graduate Recruitment Coordinator you will possess: Strong academic background Experience and knowledge of Graduate Recruitment, preferably within a similar Professional Services environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with all key stakeholders and hiring managers across the business Adaptiveness to remain positive and work to tight deadlines
