We have a wonderful permanent opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join this impressive and market-leading organisation, based in South-East Birmingham. This exciting Sales Account Manager role will see you liaising with high volumes of potential customers on a daily basis, so a naturally outgoing and engaging manner will be crucial, along with a genuine desire to support each customer to the best of your ability. You will follow warm leads with a consultative approach and hands-on manner, ensuing all SLAs are met. You will also ensure all information is accurately logged and tracked onto the bespoke CRM system, along with regularly maintaining all in-house systems with accuracy. As a Sales Account Manager in this exciting company, your daily responsibilities will include receiving inbound enquires and making outbound calls, listening to the needs of each customer, understanding their individual queries to then advise on the best educational package for them. Providing tailored support, you will ensure that you are always up-to-date with the latest courses and packages, handling any questions or queries in a professional manner. Crucially, you will be a customer-focused and service-driven individual, who genuinely enjoys speaking with a high volume of people on a daily basis. You will need a minimum of six months’ experience in customer service role and be confident in building customer relationships over the telephone. This wonderful Sales Account Manager opportunity will suit someone with a flexible approach, with shifts including standard 5:30pm finishes but with some shifts ending at 9:30pm on a rotational basis, alongside a reduced shift on one Saturday per month, from 12pm to 6pm. Due to the location of this business, you will need to be a car owner for this role.
