Based in Didcot £10 - £12ph 12 Month initial contract Mon - Fri (37.5hrs between 8am-5pm) We are currently on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to join our client, a leading Industrial Gas Manufacturer and Supplier. Working exclusively in our client's helium division, you'll be responsible for order-taking as well as effectively scheduling both MRI and non MRI sales orders.Knowledge of SAP is preferred, along with excellent organisation skills. Duties will include: Liquid Helium order taking and scheduling for both MRI and Non-MRI SAP - Sales and Delivery, Service Module, Requisitioner Customer Reporting / Sale Reports Purchasing - AP Direct Buyer, Requisitions General Administrative Duties Prioritising, planning and scheduling of deliveries Requirements: Strong Administrative Skills Customer Service Experience Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office, SAP Good geographical knowledge of the UK would be an advantage About Morgan Jones: Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
