The UK&E; Citizen Services Local Government Partnerships contracts are transforming to improve standardised service delivery, maximise economies of scale and to reduce costs in line with a reduced demand for services. In order to ensure our success, we have a new opportunity available for an SAP Manager at our Local Government Partnership with Hertfordshire County Council. There are 2 key elements to this role which involves being responsible for the overall SAP Operation managing performance and productivity and working closely with the customer to help advise and guide on strategic decisions through your skills and proven experience. About the Role: A pivotal role for our partnership, you will be required to oversee the day to day contractual obligations, working closely with the customer to understand and advise on transformation ambitions. You will forge and maintain strong working relationships with our customers IT department and the rest of the business, particularly in the areas of HR & Finance. You will be required to manage all budgetary and financial aspects for your team as well as lead and motivate your technical team, providing clear direction and setting team objectives and goals. About You. We are looking for an experienced SAP leadership professional ideally working within the public sector however this is not essential.
