Our client is well established within the Construction industry and are seeking a talented Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a busy team based in the Coatbridge/Airdrie area of North Lanarkshire. The ideal candidate will be available immediately and will be able to hit the ground running taking full command of the Accounts Payable processes. What will be required of you: Using Sage 50 to deal with all purchase administration Dealing with purchase orders and enquiries Code and check invoices High volume of invoice processing & clearing Resolving ledger queries Reconciling invoices and dealing with any discrepancies Raising Payments Skills required: Previous Purchase Ledger experience Sage 50 Intermediate to advanced Excel Invoice processing The hours of work are: Monday to Friday - 8.00-16.00, there is parking on-site and public transport links nearby.
