Overview
Description Business Support Admistrator - Financial Planning - Halifax (J112) Chartered Financial Planning firm who offer advice to private clients, around building and protecting their wealth and planning for retirement, and services to business clients including Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits. Due to internal movement and increasing levels of business, this well established and successful Financial Planning firm are looking for a new member of their administration team. Whilst you will primarily be focused on working within the Private Clients team you will be encouraged to assist with Corporate Client work where necessary, if you have some experience already then this would be ideal. If you are yet to gain corporate experience, it will certainly be a place where you can expand your experience in this area. The firm employ around 30 people, 20 of which are in the support team, consisting of Paraplanners and Financial Planning Business Support (Administrators). Should you wish to work on qualifications and in to a more technical paraplanning position, you will be supported both personally and financially in doing so. The firm would be equally as happy if you prefer to fulfil your potential in this diverse and fundamental role. Colleagues like to spend time together outside of work, enjoying charitable events, and trips to the theatre. Responsibilities Processing new business Fund switches and withdrawals Preparing client packs for Financial Planning meetings Processing new business Database Management (Intelligent Office) Liaising with colleagues and clients Qualifications Qualifications will be supported. You do not need CII qualifications to apply, although this would be beneficial. Experience To be considered for this position, you must have experience working within a financial planning firm, supporting the financial planning process end to end.
