Telesales / Business development / lead generator

I am currently looking for experienced telesales and business development executives for a market leading global employer for their Halifax based office. The roles will involve cold calling, generating sales leads for the field sales team. I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience within an outbound telephone-based business development or telesales role, along with the following skills Excellent customer service and relationship building skills Target driven Business minded "think outside the box" attitude Social media experience Excellent verbal and written skills Negotiation experience Tech savvy with picking up new systems and service information Quick learner The role will be based from the newly renovated office space based in central Halifax, with working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm My client is offering a starting salary up to £25,000 basic with uncapped commission and realistic OTE £25,000 - £30,000 additional in the first year. There are also other monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives for employees that surpass their targets, dress down Fridays and staff events.
