Qualified Accountant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a market-leading manufacturing business based near the Accrington area. A competitive salary plus excellent company benefits will be offered. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the day to day cash management of the business, cash forecasting and the preparation of accountancy reports as well as budgeting and P&L reporting. Key responsibilities include: Cash flow forecasting and assisting with cost control Stakeholder management Preparation of accountancy reports Consolidation of monthly sales figures and reports Analysis of accountancy data / variance analysis Executing day to day cash management Payroll and P11D management Reconciliations Support the wider finance team with month end close Liaise with the wider finance team on fund movement Ad-hoc finance projects Key skills required: Qualified Accountant either CIMA / ACCA Previous experience of working within a manufacturing or similar industry sector Excellent attention to detail Analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial systems Cloud accounting would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful global business and develop your career within a thriving finance team.
