Overview

Due to continued business growth, promotions and career development we have a rare opening for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Operations team. So, if you have experience of managing a team and driving them to success, we want to hear from you. This role involves managing the Servicing team who are responsible for processing a number of tasks from once the application has been completed to redemption of the loan. As part of this role, you will be expected to ensure that all processes, policies and criteria are adhered to and that all customers receive an exceptional level of customer service at all times. We are looking for someone to join and embrace our dynamic working environment and lead by example. Our Team leaders are both results driven, and customer focused. Main duties: Ensure that service levels are achieved on a consistent basis. Ensure that clearly defined processes and controls are documented and followed for all of the teams' activities. Continuous process improvement, searching for ways to increase the efficiency and quality of all processes and procedures. Support the personal performance and career development of all staff. Based in our offices in Fulwood, Preston. Essential Skills Committed to quality; highly compliant. Strong attention to detail. Proactive and confident.
