Overview
Highly respected companyt based near Truro, Cornwall are looking to recruit a permanent In-house Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be will be the first point of contact regarding all internal roles from recruitment consultants of all levels through to all support services. This role will suit a dynamic, forward thinking, motivated and creative Recruiter who is passionate about finding candidates to match to roles but is also able to work in a high paced organisation. The Recruitment Consultant will be involved at every stage of the process from Recruitment planning, interviewing, selection, offer stage and on-boarding. It is vital you are able to display an aptitude in sourcing, screening and selecting top talent using a variety of platforms such as job-boards, LinkedIn, social media and networking. Salary: £25,000 Skills required for the Recruitment Consultant : Outstanding communications & stakeholder engagement skills IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Superb organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure NB.
