Job Title: Collections Advisor Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum Location: Wrexham Key skills: Sales, Telesales, Debt Collections, Debt Recoveries, Debt Management, Customer Service Exciting opportunities have become available with our client, a leading waste management company, who are looking for 3 collection advisors to join their growing Wrexham team You will be joining a fun dynamic team in a company that is well established in their industry, giving you stability and a great work atmosphere Responsibilities Include: Manage a caseload of debtors and work to maximise collections Make contact with customers over the phone to discuss their outstanding debts Carry out a full consultation to assess their financial situation and consider resolutions Use patience understanding and empathy to provide good service to the customer Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Essential Experience Required: Have debt collection / debt management experience. Making outbound sales calls. Strong negotiation skills. Booking appointments Responsibly handling difficult calls and vulnerable customers Desirable Experience: Setting up payment plans Assessing income and expenditures
