Interim HR Advisor Your new company Are you immediately available? Do you have the ability to commit to a short-term 3-6 month contract? This changing and progressive organisation have approached Hays Human Resources seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join the organisation to support with day to day HR operations and a wider HR project to develop the site. Your new role This role will report into the HR Manager supporting the organisation with all generalist HR responsibilities: Managing internal ER cases, supporting line managers with process/up-skilling and handling capability processes Recruitment, selection and induction Supporting with policy development internal personnel data Producing internal HR capabilities What you'll need to succeed Previous HR experience in a similar capacity, strong employee relations experience and ideally in a manufacturing/logistics environment.
