Blackwaters are recruiting: Opportunity for an Audit Senior, seeking to progress to Assistant Manager or Supervisor level, within one of Surrey's finest Independent CAs The Firm: Very successful firm that has recently opened it's second office. The firm concentrates on good quality clients & providing the highest service levels, hence client retention is superb. The firm has now grown to 100 statutory audits. Clients, include groups with t/os to £150m. They have a great track-record for career development, with all Partners joining at pre-Partner level. The Role: You'll report to the very approachable Departmental Manager. The role is a really nice mix; you'll 'own' some client relationships plan & lead audits review work manage & train junior staff focus on more complex jobs The firm has now grown to 100 statutory audits. Clients, include groups with t/os to £150m. Work includes: groups, consolidations, Forex, Parents of International Groups, subsidiaries of larger parents. Clients are mainly based in Surrey, all but 1 job are commutable, so very few 'away jobs’. The Right candidate: Qualified candidates with audit experience, including planning some audits. You may be frustrated by lack of / pace of progression opportunities AND / OR looking for the opportunity to progress without the necessity to work very long hours. What's on offer: The firm pride themselves on being competitive. Salary c £45k to £50k. Plus bonuses of up to 10% based on the firm & individual’s performance.
