Overview

This highly successful independent recruitment group now seek an experienced Recruiter to join their practice working with global construction brands both in the UK and internationally. You will have a great platform to bill at a high level as the average placement fee is £9000 and you will be mentored by a Managing Consultant who bills over £250k pa. You will have live assignments from day one and have a portfolio of clients that have been developed over the last seven years. The assignments focus on Health & Safety positions in to developers and principal contractors and the companies that you will represent are really attractive to these professionals. In order to operate successfully at this level you will have a previous background in agency construction recruitment, will be a great communicator capable of working with clients at Director level and a cultured collaborative approach to recruitment. As well as excellent training and development to aid your career progression, you will be surrounded by great recruiters that are some of the best in the sector.
