Restaurant General Manager London, SW3 £55k package per annum We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a group owned, 120-seat, contemporary brasserie restaurant and bar in the heart of Chelsea.The restaurant is open from 12pm to 12pm 7 days per week and serves an affluent and sophisticated clientele from the local area.Due to its prominent location the restaurant enjoys a particularly busy Saturday and Sunday brunch trade, which is key to their weekly revenue. Our client is therefore looking to appoint a charismatic, ‘hands-on’ Restaurant General Manager, with a stable and progressive background gained in high quality, ‘fresh food led’, brasserie style restaurants.The Restaurant General Manager will be the ‘face of the business’, with the ability to drive sales and develop relationships with regular clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-groomed and spoken, high motivated and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead the team at this established Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Chelsea.Salary package comprising good basic, plus tronc plus sales driven bonus scheme.
