Sous Chef – Live in available Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience) We are looking to speak with an experienced Sous Chef to work for a hotel/pub client of ours based in Flint. Offering a traditional pub restaurant menu alongside catering for all different occasions ranging from weddings to parties and functions, our client takes pride in their passion for food and the beautiful location of their establishment. As a Sous chef you will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen and working closely with the Head Chef and taking charge in their absence. The successful candidate will benefit from a workplace with a fantastic opportunity for career progression. The working hours are 5 days on 2 days off, straight shifts. There is also live in accommodation available for the right candidate.
