This multi outlet Hotel is currently looking for Food and Beverage Manager with a hotel background The role This vibrant property is looking for an individual to effectively run the operation reporting in to the Hotel Manager The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have previous 4/5 star hotel experience The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved The Food and Beverage Manager will be reporting directly into the Hotel Manager Food and Beverage Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
