Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity at Luxury Hotel A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Hotel with and Fine Dining Restaurant in Windermere for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food of the highest standard to 2AA rosette level. The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the 2AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service Strong Management skills The Person You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working at 1-2 AA rosette kitchen or higher through your career Good attention to detail Ambitious and career orientated Salary & Benefits Salary to £28-30k tips All meals Uniform 28 days holiday Career Development Application.
