chef de partie required for a Rosette restaurant in the New Forest. Rosette fresh food, upto £21500 tips (23k). The kitchen uses all fresh local food from Hampshire & the new forest and is of a great standard. The role We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen. You will prep your section and cook in service, using fresh food. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties. Experience We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background.
