Freelance Chef

Simple Recruitment are searching for Freelance Chefs to work for our ever growing client base. This is for a multitude of varying sites such as: Hospitals - Business units - Schools - MOD Barracks - Restaurants What we are looking for : -Highly experienced chefs - working from a CDP level and above -Owner of chef whites, safety shoes and their own knives -Experience working with cuisines -Ability to work under pressure and to strict time limits -Experience working different types of service such as - Banqueting - A La Carte - Buffet -Ability to work individually and as part of a team - Great attitude towards work - Reliability - Knowledge of Health and Safety - Allergens - HACCP - COSHH What we offer : - Weekly Pay starting from £11.50 P/H - Day time hours for the work/life balance - Great customer service from a team of ex-caterers - Consultant always on hand for any issues or queries Having your own transport is a plus as this broadens your opportunities in terms of work as some clients aren't easily accessible using public transport.
