sous chef required for a fresh food hotel and restaurant in the New Forest. Fresh food, upto £28,000. The kitchen uses all fresh local food from Hampshire & the new forest and is of a great standard. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties. The role We are looking for a Sous chef from a fresh food background to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen.
