Senior Chef De Partie We are currently looking for a Senior Chef De Partie to join this prestigious hotel. Working with a great team of chefs producing g top quality dishes ensuring a 5 star standard and quality is maintained at all times. The Place A privately owned 5 Red Star award-winning hotel. Enriched with antique furniture and period features, it has stayed true to its roots whilst also providing a luxurious setting to rest, meet and play. The hotel has a 3AA rosette restaurant, grill restaurant and fabulous lounge bar. The Perks The Senior Chef De Partie will receive: A competitive salary of £24,483 approx £4,800 in service A full time contract for 5 days per week on a shift system including weekends and bank holidays Free meals on duty Great progression opportunities Live in is available if required for £150 for the first 3 months The Person The Senior Chef De Partie will have: Experience of working as a Senior Chef De Partie in either a 4 or 5 star hotel Happy working on a variety of sections 48 hour week Rosette/ Michelin experience desirable Own Transport desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Chef De Partie to join a great hotel and work under a well known Michelin starred chef.
