Junior Sous - Branded Hotel We are looking to recruiting a Junior Sous for a busy 4 star hotel near Reading. Joining an established brigade you will assist in the running of the kitchen alongside the Sous and Head Chef. The Place A branded 4 silver star hotel with 174 rooms, 2AA rosette restaurant, busy bar lounge and conference centre. The Perks As Junior Sous you can expect the following: A competitive package of up to £28,000 straight shifts only 5 days on 2 days off Hotel benefits and discounts onsite parking overtime paid The Person The ideal Junior Sous will have the following Experience as a strong CDP or Junior Sous Fresh food background rosette experience desirable Have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail Ideally live locally or have own transport All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
