Overview
The Position: Cocktail Bar Supervisor The Candidate Requirement: With a thorough knowledge of wines, spirits and quality cocktails you will be a key member of the front of house team. You will have gained extensive bar and lounge experience preferably within a recognised luxury country house hotel or private members club. You will ensure delivery of prompt and attentive service whilst managing wet stock in accordance with budgets and gross profit margins. The Cocktail Bar Supervisor will manage weekly rotas and manage payroll costs in line with agreed budgets.
