Overview
A head chef position has become available for a brand new site in Reading. This is a Monday to Friday role paying a salary of up to £29k for the head chef. The site has the following: 200 on site Catering for around 150 to 200 daily through the retail area 6 meeting rooms for hospitality Reporting into a catering manager The head chef must have a stable background and be able to work alone as there will be a small team in place. Maybe one other chef in the kitchen depending on business levels. The head chef will be responsible for ordering, stock control, new menu ideas and working with other sites within the company.
