Overview
We are currently looking for a senior sous for one of London's hottest restaurants. This is a great opportunity to work with some of London's best chefs and ingredients, you will really make a name for yourself here. As a senior sous you will really be the right hand man of the kitchen and taking full responsibility in the Chefs absence so experience in doing this is key. Its all day dinning with a dedicated breakfast team, the restaurant can do up to 300/400 covers a day at 1 star level.
