Seasonal chef de partie required for a fantastic hotel and restaurant in the New Forest, live in, fresh food, upto £22k (pro rota amount) tips. The kitchen uses all fresh food and is of a great standard. Live in available. The role We are looking for a seasonal chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen. You will prep your section and cook in service, using fresh food. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties. This is a 6 month seasonal role. Experience We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background.
