Chef de Partie- Events and Hospitality - Twickenham Benefits £29k per annum plus lieu days 40 hours per week, must be flexible and be prepared to work more hours if needed Great opportunity for progression Possibility of joining private pension scheme Fancy working at a major sporting venue? What about cooking for the biggest events and perhaps some famous faces and a chance to watch some of the greatest games in History? What's the role? As the a chef de partie you will assist the senior chefs and your team members in the kitchen operation and control ensuring an all-round excellent food service delivery. You'll be ambition and a great motivator, able to encourage and nurture your team to be the best they can. You'll assist in all areas of the operation, staff canteen, guest retail outlets and banqueting for those private events. The chef de partie must be prepared to work long hours if needed, and be able to work 5 out of 7 days. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in contract catering and high-volume numbers. Working in both the catering and hospitality sides, you'll be at home cooking healthy nutritious staff meals and equally happy whipping up a couple of canapes for unique events. Who are we?
