Overview

We are seeking an awesome Chef de Partie for our beautiful member’s club in Chiswick, with shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Sunday. As Chef de Partie you’ll oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables or even cooking food for our nursery children. You’re in charge of making yummy food for all the family, and supporting the senior chefs to improve and develop dishes. What the role involves: Passionately creating and delivering fantastically inspiring food for our little and big members Getting stuck into developing new dishes and menus. Being aware of special dietary and allergy requirements and adapting menus accordingly. Daily specials to inspire our members. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Delivering the very best service and results. Keeping control of your responsible station and report orders for food and non-food to the head chef. Managing the development and supervision of Commis Chefs on the section, ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties. Daytime hours, occasional evening work. We’re looking for: An experienced Chef de Partie from a branded company. Someone who loves working with children and families. A passionate foodie Good understanding of HACCP. A can-do attitude and positive outlook. Strong attention to detail. Ability to train and mentor new team members. The right to work in the UK. Ideally Food Hygiene NVQ Level 2 qualified.
