Overview
A rare opportunity for an Insurance Professional Support Lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, to join an international law firm. The Insurance Professional Support Lawyer team provides support across the insurance practice group to ensure that the fee earners in the teams are provided with the optimum technical legal support to ensure accuracy and efficiency of legal knowledge, promote knowledge sharing, develop business development and client support initiatives and deliver appropriate legal training and education. This role will be to support technical business development and client knowledge projects across the wider insurance practice as it continues to expand and the requirements of the Professional Support Lawyer team continue to grow. As well as managing day to day fee earner enquires, supporting fee earners in legal research, training and knowledge, the team increasingly is required to support specific business line projects and international growth initiatives. The team have a high level of involvement in key annual events such as the FIDO annual conference and international roadshows, the Global Legacy project, various publications, training programmes and numerous other client facing projects. They are responsible for creating legal content to support the key accounts and London Market projects as well as other cross practice initiatives which are imperative to maintaining legal excellence across the group including current legal awareness and legal training.
