Job Profile for Part II Architectural Assistant - DW140112 Our client, a well-established, international, award winning architectural company are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team in Oxford. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within the educational, commercial and residential sectors. The most successful Part II Architectural Assistant should have high technical ability and should have good knowledge of ArchiCAD software. Our client is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant of any level so experience is not essential as they can facilitate training graduates. Developing key relationships with large companies has been key to our client's success within Oxfordshire, due to this they have developed repeat business and developed an excellent reputation with their clients. Projects are predominantly within the educational, commercial and residential sectors, with values from anywhere between £5,000,000 - £30,000,000. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will have responsibilities of producing high-quality drawings, prepare documents and will have the opportunity to work within a highly successful office. Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview Work closely with more senior members of staff on large scale projects Contribute to project and practice activities Produce high-quality drawings on ArchiCAD software Participate in meetings with external consultants or clients Problem solve and demonstrate an understanding of the architectural process, both in design and construction.
