Overview
Store Manager We are recruiting What the Store Manager will be required to do: Open the facility and maintain daily reports first thing in the morning and action as required Answer new and existing customers queries via telephone, face to face and email Follow up on any new customer enquiries and advise best solution for their needs Record on the system all new customer information including forms of ID, contracts, payment and insurance details. Show new customers around the facility Ensure the database is maintained and kept up to date Invoice customers in a timely manner, chase payments and keep relevant payment/invoicing information up to date as required Perform general administrative and maintenance activities Help grow and develop the business through introduction of new customers, the sale of products and services Key holder duties including out of hours alarm call outs First aider and Fire Marshall responsibilities on site What the Store Manager is required to have: Excellent customer service skills with a 'can-do' attitude Must be computer literate and experienced with preparing reports Preferred experience as a First Aider and Fire Marshall Sales/negotiating experience Experienced in management is preferred but not essential, as long as experienced within the retail or customer service sector is strong (training provided) Due to the retail nature of the business, must be available 6 days per week
