Overview
A Large call centre in Preston require agents to work part of a busy team. Your new company you will be joining a national organisation who provide call solutions across the north west this is a large organisation who operate on a international basis managing multi million pound contracts. Your new role you will work on a specialist contract for a temporary 3 month contract, your role will involve shift work but mainly days, shift patterns are Shift 1: 08:00am - 16:00pm Shift 2: 10:00am - 18:00pm Shift 3: 12pm - 20:00pm rate of pay is £10.12per hour (PAYE) , the role will include dealing with high volume of inbound calls providing professional advise , problem solving, information gathering and updating information on the data base What you'll need to succeed you will need to be ale to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all times you will be resilient and thrive off delivering your best possible customer service at all times. you will be required to carry out a DBS check for the role , due to the nature of the information your are handling.
