Title : Cloud Security Architect Location : Manchester Duration : 8-12 months (View to extend) Day Rate : £700-750 Start Date : ASAP I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity, where you’ll be working for a multinational leading client within the retail sector who are a well recognised brand across the globe with over 380 stores worldwide. This will be a chance to get involved on a long-term security transformation project that will be 8 months (high possibility of an extension). My client is about to embark on the first phase and are looking for talented AWS/Azure Cloud Architects to join an existing internal team of 12 and get stuck in on this project. Requirements Minimum of 6 years Information Security experience with at least 3 years leading/providing technical direction. Should have an Architecture background with significant experience and focus on IT infrastructure and cloud. Must have cloud certifications & experience, with Splunk, AWS or Azure Architecture Design, build and support a platform for data scientists to query our client's data. Technical input to project planning. Experience in the following technologies: (AWS), Backup & Restore, Database Management Systems, Firewalls, IT Asset Management, IT Performance, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft PowerPoint, Network Security, Network Design and Protocols, Office 365 (O365) SC (Have to be SC clearable) Locke and McCloud are market leading specialist Recruitment agency solely focusing on Information and Cyber Security Recruitment.
