Overview
Job Title: 2nd Line Support Salary: £22,000-£26,000 per annum (depending on skills/exp.) Location: Hertford Contract: Permanent / full time Hours: 40 hours, shift patterns within 8am - 8pm, Monday-Friday The Role Assist 1st line team with technical queries Investigate and resolve escalated cases Carry out maintenance tasks e.g. software installations and updated on client IT systems Support the project team on installations E xperienced Required Strong customer service skills/background Confident, professional telephone manner Passion for IT and customers Strong, confident personality Technical Skills Required Knowledge of Windows operations systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1) MS Office (2007 ) with outlook LAN and WAN networking protocols Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone) Active directory (highly advantageous) MS Exchange Mac OS X experience Microsoft/Cisco certified or computing-based degree Computer architecture Windows Server administration Remote desktop/terminal services DNS/DHCP WiFi, IP Telephony Remote helpdesk experience Good luck with your application, should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you very soon Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
