Overview
Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a bilingual Credit Controller, working in a busy but yet collaborative environment, the individual must be able to thrive under pressure to hit targets. Most importantly, successful candidates must possess a strong telephone manner alongside emotional intelligence to effectively manage and fulfil debt collection duties. Key Responsibilities Manage cash collection in a timely manner Daily cash postings to sales ledger Communicate effectively with clients and partners Resolving and escalating account queries Continual chasing of all overdue accounts to ensure payment is received on time Ensure KPI’s are met with regards to cash and debtor day targets Reduce aged debt and maximise cash collection Strive to improve billing / credit control processes Credit check and manage credit limits Desirables Fluent in another European Language Experienced in Credit Control For more information, please apply ASAP Edward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
