This company provide services such as infrastructure design, hardware supply, IT security, Cloud solutions, office 365, Hosted Telephony and on-site/ remote IT support. You will be involved with the provision of quality 3rd line technical support to internal/external users Personal skills: Good understanding of general Windows server, storage and networking technologies Good communication skills Good documentation skills Customer focused Able to work well as part of a team and individually Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies To display a willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgement and include appropriate people in the decision-making process Being highly motivated, setting and achieving challenging goals Having the ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality.
