You’ll be working within, and across, the Trauma and Orthopaedic Team within the MSK Directorate. One of the services rated 'Outstanding’ in a recent CQC report, they provide one of the largest orthopaedic services in England, providing specialist treatment and surgery for over 200 different conditions affecting joints, bones, muscles and soft tissues, including: Orthopaedics Rheumatology Chronic Pain Physiotherapy The team offers a real supportive and inclusive ethos and sense of community, and the MSK Directorate have a rich tradition of developing their staff, where they strive to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and encourage their staff to innovate and adopt 'best practice’ in order to deliver the highest standard of care to their patients. Skills/Responsibilities: To apply for this post, you will: Have a minimum of 6 months paid experience at Band 5 level within a hospital or care home in the last 2 years.
