About The Role As a Senior Carer at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. We’re looking for an experienced carer with an S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care. Not to mention great record keeping and time management skills. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.
