Overview
Unit Manager/ HCA - Coventry LNR have a new position for an experienced and caring leader to join one of our clients as Unit Manager in their care home in Coventry, West Midlands. As the Unit Manager, you will ensure continuity of care to residents by promoting and delivering high standards of person centred care, including personal care. You will be responsible for guiding, coaching and instructing colleagues, enabling them to fully contribute to the wider team. For this position it is essential that you hold a minimum of a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent) alongside demonstrative experience of leading teams within a similar environment. The care home offers private residential suites as well as specialist Dementia care and was rated good on the most recent CQC inspection and is a stunning place to work and live. The home is close to public transport links. The Home Manager is looking for the Unit Manager to work on days full time. The company offers a fantastic training program and has an established support system in place. You should be passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and ensuring residents dignity and individual needs are upheld at all times.
