AIM are proud to be working on an exclusive basis with a market leading packaging business based in the North West of the UK. My client is looking for an interim Quality Manager to help reduce customer complaints by working with the quality team performing root cause analysis. This role reports into the QSHE Manager on site and will be a three to six month contract initially. This role is inside IR35. Key requirements for the role are as follows: You will be a mid level QA Manager with BRC experience You must be able to demonstrate customer facing and customer response experience You will have delivered customer response related to complaints You must have RCA problem solving experience and be able to work with colleagues who have specific product knowledge to complete quick solve type approaches Knowledge and experience of working in the food manufacturing or packaging industry You must be immediately available and able to interview in person next week If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skill set as an experienced interim QA Manager then please get in touch, I look forward to hearing from you
