Overview
Our client, an Advisory Firm within Investment Banking are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager, ideally with Investment Banking experience. They have a fantastic reputation and are offering a unique opportunity to work autonomously and flexibility. The person: To be considered, you must be ACCA, ACA (or equivalent), MBA or CFA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or a mid-tier accountancy firm. You must have at least 8 years Corporate Finance Investment Banking experience. The client expects candidates to have a strong financial modelling background, together with deal origination, the ability to manage transactions and manage the due diligence process. Leading on client engagements, you will need to be an excellent communicator, dynamic, and commercially-driven. The role: Primarily, but not exclusively, deal origination, managing the due diligence process, managing the transactions, and preparing Information Memorandums. This role will involve working on cross-border deals and typically require one week’s travel per month to Europe, Asia or the USA. Home-working will also be possible for the successful candidate, with a requirement to attend the London office when required.
