Overview

URGENT REQUIREMENT. Highly regarded Private Bank in the City requires a Private Banking Support Manager. Working to support a successful team of Relationship Managers and Relationship Manager Assistants, the appointed candidate will demonstrate the following: Previous experience in providing support to Relationship Managers gained within a private banking environment Experience in delivering full administration support for banking and account-related matters Experience in leading a customer support team Duties to include: Acting as a point of contact for clients - particularly in the absence of the Relationship Manager and responding to their requests and queries and taking ownership of the customer contact until resolution. Oversee the day to day work of the team Fraud prevention measures to include the verification of customer instructions, contact with customers may be through email, over the phone or in writing Actioning and keying customer transfers, payments and FX transactions Preparation of account opening documentation, online banking documentation, mandates and similar Preparation of standard letters and responses to general enquiries Accurate database and client record maintenance Maintain and update SOPs Applications are welcome from those who have a solid understanding of the retail banking products, the credit process and the relevant private banking regulations / due diligence processes. You will be adept in all aspects of team management with a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills with a desire to deliver 1st class service internally and externally.
