Senior Sales Director Notting Hill Start Date: ASAP Our clients are looking for a highly successful Senior Sales Director to join their Notting Hill branch. Super busy branch one of the busiest out of their 60 branches This is a chance to join an award winning Estate Agency which offers a structured career path up to regional management level. Senior Sales Director Salary & Package £32- 52k Basic Salary Up to £98k OTE's Generous Office Commission Structure Workplace Pension Funded Industry Qualifications Regular company events (including Summer and Xmas parties) Senior Sales Director Main Duties Leading a team of negotiators and overseeing the company’s in-house photographer Management of the branches Sales operations Working closely with Property Managers to ensure smooth administration of new lets and renewals Carrying out sales valuations Uploading new properties and maintaining the marketing database Providing Landlords and Vendors with regular marketing feedback Negotiating sales offers Negotiating tenancy renewals Handling sales progression Required Skills Have a good experience within residential estate agency Have a proven track record in senior positions within the industry Be a confident leader that can be a role model to junior staff Be success-driven and ambitious Be highly articulate and have first-rate communication skills Have excellent organisational skills Be self-motivated and capable of working under your own initiative Ideally have NFOPP Technical Awards in Letting & Management or Sales Have a full, clean, manual UK driving license Further Details Office hours are 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
