Overview

Medacs Healthcare is currently recruiting care assistants / homecare workers to provide care and support to vulnerable people who want to live in their own home and remain independent. We are looking for kind, compassionate and caring individuals that are flexible to meet the needs of our continuously growing service. We welcome applications from people who have no or little experience as we provide full training, mentoring and ongoing support. Candidates must be available to work mornings, evenings and alternative weekends within the London Borough of Southwark. We are looking for people to work in Borough, Bermondsey, Old Kent Road, New Kent Road, Elephant and Castle, Walworth, Camberwell, Peckham and Dulwich. We offer excellent rates of pay: £10.55 per hour Monday to Friday plus an additional £1.31 per hour travel £11.00 Saturday and Sunday plus an additional £1.31 per hour travel Enhancement for bank holidays. Free enhanced DBS checks to be provided for new applicants prior to 30th June 2020.
