Overview

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work for global, premium Haircare Brand and to really want to make a difference Main Responsibilities • Digital Marketing Lead for UK market • Implementation and execution of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR • Working with the sales team to ensure in-store activation in department stores as well as self-select stores leveraging global assets but also developing local assets relevant to the regional needs • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities • Own and manage the marketing budget • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans, HQ global launch toolkits and brand guidelines • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity • Oversee and execute all digital marketing, in partnership with global digital team • Manage relationship and direct design agencies • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing • Create and deliver creative training to make more experiential • Sampling strategy and campaigns • Lead and manage the media strategy (Paid Social Media, Press and Online) in partnership with global HQ digital team, driving fully integrated campaigns bringing to life a consistent consumer experience (through the funnel as well as across Bought, Owned and Earned media channels) • Oversee Social Media strategy, further building the Brand’s communities, encouraging social sharing, identifying new opportunities to increase reach and engagement, deploying HQ core campaign content and regionalized engagement strategies • Provide key market insights to feed global innovation process • Ensure seamless integration between Global and local innovation plans • Responsible for the creation, planning and activation of the Brand Event Calendar • Ensure effective leverage of existing content as well as identifying opportunities to create relevant content and experiences/campaigns to engage further with the targeted audience. • Lead and manage a team of 2. This includes 1 Social Media Manager & Ecommerce Manager. Key Competencies • Must have premium / and or luxury haircare experience • Must have strong digital marketing experience & good understanding of ecommerce • Must have strong and demonstrated people management skills • Experience working in small-medium business highly advantageous • Creative and enjoys working in fast-paced environment • Do’ervsdelegator personality - someone that is ok with getting involved and getting the job done • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work with many stakeholders, both internal and external The company offer an excellent salary / benefit package including a company bonus and discounts
